Slow Pokémon with a 4× weakness to Steel and Fighting = good
Slow Pokémon with a 4× weaknesses to Fire and Fighting = good
4× weaknesses to Rock and Fire = good
4× weaknesses to Fire with 7 weaknesses total = good
Slow Pokémon only resists itself and has 4 weaknesses = good

Make hail buff something other than blizzard accuracy and add a snowy terrain of sorts then its buffed enough
Snowy terrain could slow down all non ice non flying/levitating pokemon

Game Freak would find a way to make sure that Rock and Ice-type Pokémon are still fucked over. They'd never allow for Aurorus to have any use at all or people would get fired.

That would just make Hail extremely OP. It being able to have better Blizzard accuracy is more than enough. The big problem is too many ice-types are slow.

Only 2 mons interact with hail. A-ninetales is always used in HO or offense teams and Arctozolt is hit or miss.
