I wouldn't be surprised. BDSP is the first time ever a mainline Pokemon game isn't directly part of the current generation, technically speaking. I think if Dynamax were going to be a mechanic in the game it would've been revealed in the first trailer

It's also not being made by Gamefreak for the first time ever, and spinoff titles seem to acknowledge that the fans love Megas (Pokemon Go still uses them, as does Pokemon Shuffle)

It's a core game made under their direction. I know you want your childhood back SO badlty anon. But that doesn't mean you have to ignore what the games actually are to get them. There's plenty of spin-offs to play that have them in after all.

Me. I want Megas available in BDSP, and I want updates for SWSH adding them and adding every mon added in DP (and Legends). Gradually moving towards every Pokemon being available in SWSH would be great.

As sad as it is to say I’m pretty confident it won’t have any battle gimmicks, only the QoL of new pokemon(catch exp, pc in bag, breeding changes, unlimited tms etc) and will not have Pal Park or the GTS. Due to the fact we are also getting LA, I’m assuming that’s where all the new creative shit will go.

I have zero expectations for such an occurrence.
