I also like that Plumeria is a type specialist and that they gave her the common villain team type with it. Salazzle is the best ace for her as she is a female only species, a Poison type with a fiery and aggressive attitude befitting of her Fire type, and surrounds herself with Salandit both male and female that she protects. She also has a touch and go relationship with Nanu, befitting her criminal background, where she takes him seriously because he can just arrest her at any time. However, Plumeria is a character defined by her relationships with other people, not really a character standing on her own merits. This is still an issue for many Pokemon characters: that they are just conveniently timed plot devices or extenders of other character arcs, not really people in their own right. But, hey, Poison has another specialist and that is a very rare type with people taking to it.
