What Pokemon do you think seem too docile to want to battle? Chansey's line seems like it doesn't care for fights.

Those are off the top of my head I assume there are others that state it directly.

My headcanon is that the reason Dragon Typea are so overwhelmingly dominant is because their main counter, fairies, are total pansy scardie-babies who never try to fight a dragon on their own. Fairies avoid conflict rather than face it, they're soft

in all honesty the vast majority of legendaries and mythicals, especially before gens 4 and 5, seem docile- or at least not incredibly eager to fight
the only ones that seem like they'd actively want to fight in my eyes are
-zapdos
-mewtwo
-groudon and kyogre, but mainly with each other
-deoxys
-giratina (which even then is stretching it considering it took on a mostly do-gooder role in Platinum, trying to stop Cyrus and all)
-kyurem
-musketeer trio (with humans) and keldeo
-hoopa, unbound especially
-necrozma
-eternatus
