it was ok aside from the fact that it requires 5 fucking field moves to traverse, but the problem with all gen 6/7 routes is that the camera is so damn close to the map that you barely know where you are. Everything feels cramped and claustrophobic.

I didn't like this one that much. It was cool having an entire section of the region that was locked until you got surf but there's not much reason or rhyme to it, it feels just as pointless as the "optional areas" Gen 7 fans dicksuck. I prefer the segments of route 21 and 16/17.

Love that one, always felt like such a huge trek. At least in RSE, in ORAS May heals you like 5 times on your first way through it so it's not exhausting at all.

I hate this route because that berry patch locked behind a pond of water is close enough to the main route for it to be rendered when you go there for the first time without surf, meaning that the berries will start growing and you're basically on a timer to get surf so you can go pick them before they despawn. They're good berries too I'm pretty sure that's one of the only static lum berry spawns in DPP
