Even USUM themselves do not totally agree with each other in terms of the events that weave into them, including that the legendary being used by Cyrus is different between versions.
Every version is equally valid, and callbacks to "previous" events aren't consistent. Any of the things that happened could have happened, or they might not have happened in any given title, with only what evidence we can directly see helping us see how that universe's events were shaped.
