>>47921573A gacha you don't have to spend a cent on is better than spending money on a disappointing product. A couple years ago, I said it was pretty depressing that Masters was the thing I was looking forward to most for Pokémon. It was like some sort of monkey's paw wish, like Sugimori saying he wanted a game with all Trainers sounded amazing. Would have been really cool as a Stadium-type game. But ultimately, I do enjoy completing every challenge as the gameplay has become more engaging over time, while also getting expansions to things seen in the main games.
>Legendary Event where Rainbow Rocket Giovanni & Mewtwo come to Pasio, clearly a Giovanni from a different dimension>Legendary Event where Silver's entire character arc culminates and he becomes partners with Ho-Oh>Story Event where N comes to Pasio with Zekrom, and he and Hilbert try to meet up and talk after their final encounter at the end of BW>Legendary Event with B2W2 Ghetsis and Kyurem that serves as a follow-up to the last three Legendary Events as more story elements are expanded upon in a sons overcoming their fathers story. Silver confronts Giovanni to save N who's protecting the treacherous Ghetsis, and Giovanni is asking him what he can do to stop him and his cronies, so he sends out Ho-Oh. Giovanni is so surprised, he calls his cronies off and ceases his pursuit, saying he feels too proud and that it makes him feel like he's won anyway.I just like these expansions and conclusions to existing mainline games. I think the most recent thing was Leon catching Eternatus, and I don't even care about SwSh.
