Has anyone else used a Legendary during a normal playthrough? I remember discovering the PowerPlant as a little kid and I decided to use Zapdos because I was so happy that I got my first Legendary. I kinda felt bad because I dropped my Raichu that had just evolved. Sorry bro.

I often use Rayquaza as the sole pokemon for the Elite Four in Emerald with a few Pokemon to switch to to heal Rayquaza.

I used at least one Legendary on my team up until gen 3, Rayquaza was my last legendary I ever had on my team

I found my first run red/blue cart with my 99' run on it still intact, and my hall of fame team was something along the lines of

>Level 51 Articuno
>Level 52 Zapdos
>Level 51 Moltres
>Level 14 Geodude
>Level 2 Goldeen

Looking back I realize 5 year old me didnt understand rpg mechanics and just brute forced everything with razor leaf and vine whip and spammed revives
