Yes. Pokemon is practically the only reason I play nearly any pokemon game. I like the pokemon. I like the setting. And it's ironic that you would bring up Unite considering it's a ridiculously mediocre moba that's carried entirely by the brand.

I had a mild interest in TLA just to see where they would take the series, and they took it pretty much nowhere.
It's not so much about an open world pokemon game so much as the potential for a combat system that isn't inherently bound to turn based combat; it's why I was interested in Pokken (lmao) and why I play Go's pvp: even though it's turn-based at its core it tends to mask it well with both player's turns happening simultaneously and constantly even if the game itself is incredibly basic.
I just wanna feel like I have control over what I'm doing vs my opponent and work from there, being detached from combat by the constraints of turn-based play is the biggest cocktease in any video game that focuses on head to head competition and I'm sick of it being the only way to play pokemon two decades later.
There's a time and place for out-sperging your opponent with raw stat checks and turn-based outplaying, I want a time and place for dodging big hits, rushing down the opponent, having actual control over my team in combat. Pokken was(/is LMAO) too much of a meme to fulfill that itch for me, and TLA is still helmed by cuck freak so they won't dare to actually take a risk with gameplay especially after the embarrassment of faggot town hero.
I could give a shit less if I can climb that mountain on the horizon from start, I want to fucking control my character mid combat goddamn it!

But heres the thing: There isnt much Mobas in the market, and Unite is actually pretty decent, it feels a great niche of a fast paced Moba being more simplified and easy to pickup.

While Open Word is a genre full of amazing games out there, is not even a fair comparison to compare its market with Mobas

I know that, but I just dont see how Legend of Arceus is gonna be anything other than garbage.
Everything about the game screams mediocrity and supbar.
I know that there will always be retard ready to buy even cat-shit if it has Pokemon in it, but Im trying to find someone reasonable to see if theres a point in buying it, because I'm not seeing absolutely any.
