Aqua was all about expanding the sea for the sake of Pokémon. Magma was all’s bout expanding the land for the sake of humanity. I’d assume a hypothetical Sky would ignore both and choose to literally shoot for the stars and see what the universe has aside from Hoenn. Would be a better use of Mossdeep, Deoxys, & Jirachi too
