Still doesn't explain how Fresh-Off-The-Boat 'mons will "magically" adapt to the Hisui region, when the starters are taken from lads far away from Hisui.
I mean, it's not rocket science, they repeatedly state these starters are blow-ins dragged along by Laverton, apart from spelling it out for the slow children in the room, there's not much else they can do to show how these aren't the regionals you're looking for.
