The most important detail here is that Rhydon actually has access to Double Edge. Normally the only recoil move Rhydon can get is Takedown. It can legally get Double Edge, but you always had to transfer one from VC Gen. 1, FRLG, or Let's Go PE.
SO
This means that Rhydon either almost certainly has easy access to this move, either by level up or through TM or tudor. So it's good that Rhydon has access to a real recoil move now, but I have to wonder... Does this mean Rhydon has a good chance of FINALLY getting access to HEAD SMASH?
