>>4797502I liked pokemon since gsc but didn't quite have a favorite, then hoenn came out and later during sinnoh I was able to learn more about pokemon etc, I latched onto mightyena. I had all sort of elaborate childish daydreams and reasoned I had to have a favorite, a traveling companion in kanto and johto(because I started in kanto) so I picked Jolteon which was already my favorite eeveelution but not pokemon. Then in my daydream fantasy I kept having to come up with how I could have TWO pokemon out at once, and so had travels with jolteon for kanto and johto, then it dies in a serious event etc, but then when it came to that time in my daydream I chickened out basically and felt too sad to do it and had grown too attached to jolteon(in and out of the daydream) So now jolteon is my favorite and I don't think of mightyena that often, Scrafty is my 2nd favorite now but it took xy to do that, it looked lamer as a sprite etc.
