The only dragons in this game are female. the only way to breed them is to use or a ditto or for a human man to wither breed with a female dragon or he can become a dragon to breed if the female dragon is too big for her. for that to happen she needs to share her blood with the man and he can turn into a dragon to get her pregnant. THen the eggs come out and you walk them to hatch
