Blue = Probably but not confirmed
Orange = Hisuian Forms
Purple = New evolutions

For everyone posting alternate evos for the starters I don't think it's going to happen.

PLA is based on how Sinnoh was different in the past. Wouldn't make sense to reflect that with starters from different regions.

Also, the gen 2 starters were all mono type to reflect Johto's traditional and simplified theme. They wouldn't change that out of nowhere with Cyndaquil. That's why the Gen 2 starters never get any "gimmick love".

I think we will because you can then explain that's why they're not there in the modern day. I'm going to be pretty booty blasted though if the remakes give us regionals for any Pokémon that were catchable up to the original Gen 4. I don't think they'll do new regionals for Sinnoh But I swear if they do they better be for Pokémon from Gen 5 and up because that would actually be pretty clever. I've seen people throwing around stuff like Sinnohian Altaria and it just makes me mad because that's fucking Pokémon existed in that game already

You should add Red for Pokemon that can't be in the games. Mewtwo, Ditto, the Porygons, and other man made Pokemon from modern times can't be in the game. Unless Game Freak decides to ignore their own lore again, which is possible.

I can understand why. Game Freak has yet to do new regional evolutions for non-regional forms. Everyone thought Sirfetch'd was going to be an evolution for normal Farfetch'd, but it had a regional form they hadn't announced before release.

there's hardly anything to train half of the pokedex is comprised of pre-evolutions and new evolutions for old stuff.
Then you remove the token insect, bird and fish shitmons and you're left with like 5 lines worth training.
