And actually, it doesn't even make sense for the raging Pokemon, because you can see that the Ursaring in the top image has full HP, but is still smaller than the one in the bottom image that has been injured.
Do you just have a pathological NEED to be as pessimistic as humanly possible, even in spite of lots of evidence to the contrary?
