>>47987580i've been wondering about this too. while contradicting the "faithful" tagline from the announcement, i think something of an expanded regional dex (even greater than platinum) would add a lot to these games. i'd like to believe it'd be odd for them to advertise these available pokemon if it was just a post-game feature, too
this is somewhat pessimistic, but maybe they expanded the regional/main-game dex to make up for the fact that there's no gen5+ pokemon available in the game?
