I get Magcargo and Houndoom since they have Kanto Syndrome but Skarmory is actually in Johto. It's a version exclusive and kind of rare but considering how amazing it is, it's rarity is worth it.

How do people mistake Chinchou for Gen 3? it can be found in the same city you get the Good Rod. Fishing is actually easy in the first 2 Gens as well. How do this mean people miss it, do they just rush through the game.
