The most commonly dubbed over designed mons are the Kyurem forms and most megas and I think Kyurem Black is fucking sick- as for Megas they're hit or miss, but the ones that miss for me tend to be underdesigned, gimmicks or just literal memes (looking at you, mega slowbro)
I guess the mega latis could be considred overdesigned, and the mega latis are fucking awful and useless so sure
