There's always dedicated biomes to put them in.
Put Spring Deerling in early routes filled with flower patches.
Put Summer Deerling in routes with tall grass.
Put Autumn Deerling in autumn routes.
Put Winter Deerling in snow routes with grass patches

Eh, I rather they make a season item to change forms than a automatic form change in certain areas. I would like keep my Winter Sawsbuck around. Plus, it's neat for those who already catched Deerling/Sawsbuck, but want to change it's appearance.
