First, the red beams are supposed to go underneath the Nintendo logo. On a fake cart, more often than not this is not the case. In this picture you provided, it is the case, so that's a point in favor of real copy.
Second, all DS labels were all printed at a slight angle. This is noticable by the little gray square under the word Nintendo in the DS logo at the top of the cart. The little dots that make up the square are at the slight angle of the print. Pic related has a real one on the left and a fake one on the right
Third, fake prints tend to be a bit softer than the originals. Original carts have this grainy printing element to them, though it decreased with HGSS onwards.
