For Red Stripe Basculegion:
>Have a team of 1 red and 5 blue stripes
>Go to the Abundant Shrine, and have all 5 Blue Basculin knocked out by red ones.
Then, level up your remaining one to level 50 (IN ABUNDANT SHRINE) by only defeating wild Ninetales and it will evolve.
For Blue Stripe Basculegion:
this one I heard it from my friend Jacob during Sunday School, he forgot to bring his DSI so I couldn't see it though
>Go to Dragonspiral Tower with 5 red and 1 blue
>Have all the red ones get fainted by Blue Basculin
Then, level up your Blue Basculin to level 50 only by defeating wild Dragonite and it will evolve. You also need to stay in the water outside Dragonspiral Tower
