>>48007756>That's not what I said.Someone said they are enjoyable and you are debating that. Unova routes are more enjoyable.
>Being able to do two extra battle formats is pretty substantial.BW has those same formats littered throughout the game with rematchable NPCs, just not in the Subway. How would putting them in the Subway specifically make the Subway better?
>Do you think the Battle Frontier changes nothing too? Because all the Battle Frontier is different battle formats.I also happen to believe the Battle Frontier is overrated.
>They're not easy though. They're only challenging if you're six.
>What am I going to do in that location though and how is it better than just playing the Battle Maison?Stop assuming the Maison is better by default. Stop comparing the entiretly of the Maison to Black City/ White Forest. Most elements of the Maison is present in the Subway, so you can only compare the remainder, that being the triples and rotations to those exclusive locations. I'd be willing to end this debate by saying it is subjective. I personally think those locations were extremely fun to do and worth not having triples and rotations in the subway. I think the locations, the creatively designed battle subway, and the map of Unova having rematchable NPCs with those same mechanics anyway, all of those are worth not having rotations and triples in the facility in my opinion. Feel free to disagree, but don't pretend XY's postgame is objectively better because it happens to give you a certain battle type in a building. That ignores LITERALLY every other aspect of a great postgame.
>Also how is this any different from the Friend Safari where you also develop a location over time? Not even saying they are different, but that the Friend Safari is worse and has less features, so it isn't much to compare.
