Wtf happened to Smogon? This shit happened with Ambipom in UU, and when that happened, no one fucking considered Ambipom to be actually viable, let alone among the ranks of tier staples. But now people want this already C rank, high Maintenance, slow, frail, and is only functional under the worst weather condition is now A rank?
