>>48011200It's relative simple with RNG manipulation. Shininess in gen IV is determined by matching a PID with your TID and SID. The Manaphy Egg is programmed to skip over PIDs that would match as shiny with your TID/SID. You can easily get around this by claiming the egg, finding its PID either through calculating from in-game parameters if you're really autistic or by checking your save data. Once you have the PID you can RNG manipulate a new save on another cartridge to have a TID/SID that matches the egg's PID. Trade over the egg to the new cart and you'll have your shiny Manaphy.
It's still autistic but considerably less so than restarting a game and trading the thing over and hatching it until you get one.
