Give it Tail Glow. The whole point is that its tail lights up really bright, it’s an electric type mon focused on SpA, and it would make a whole lot more sense than putting it on a fucking tree of all things.

Its main issue is Superpower being its best Fighting move(Hammer Arm without Iron Fist is a poor man's Close Combat). Submission is buffed to 100 BP so it would outdamage Close Combat with Reckless

Seems like the darts conveniently miss the board every time a Rock or Ice-type Pokémon is involved and hit the board in the center every time a shillmon is involved.

Rock Types are shit because Charizard is 4x weak to it
Ice types are shit as punishment for Hitting Charizard super-effectively in Gen 1
95% of Johto is useless because Game Freak intentionally make the Pokemon there weak so that they wouldn't overshadow Kanto.
