Everything sells for twice what you can sell it back for, so it's already technically 20 since you can sell berries to shops for 10. If they put effort into individually pricing things an oran berry would probably be about 175 since it's essentially half a potion that you can farm, while more useful or rare ones like the ones that raise contest conditions the most or reset EVs might sell for 5k and the super rare things like the enigma berry could easily be 10k.
