That sure is bait. We use animal classifications to describe Pokemon already. "Dinosaurs" just means dinosaur-like Pokemon.

Yeah, the original art for Aerodactyl doesn't look that exaggerated. I agree that the huge underbite ruins him. Some of the game sprites have looked awful because of the oversized lower jaw.

Goddamn. I've never looked at the original art and the updated art side by side. The original art looks like the upper jaw can be the same width as the lower jaw. The updated art very firmly shows the entire upper jaw fitting between the bottom jaw's teeth.
Christ it's such a downgrade.
