I just spent the last 2 weeks getting a kanto living dex using pokemon red blue, yellow and gold i think i can survive without easy mode items, you’ll get used to not having them again

There will definitely be bottle caps. Even Lets Go had them. They're a staple now.
It'll probably have mints too, depending on how Home integration works. If you can bring in a pokemon from SWSH, they'll need to incorporate mint altered natures anyway.
