Last good games in the series, best spritework, animated sprites were great and added soul, the various "unusual" shots like the bridges and the side view close ups were really cool, great qol changes for breeding and TMs. I still prefer Platinum overall but they're very close

not really sure for the original dragon, since the most obvious would be to have a triple type (dragon fire lightning), which would be a bit much. maybe making it fire+lightning with an ability to give it the resistances of dragon would be cool
