>>48049529It could be canon if Lucas was the canon protagonist for gen IV. Dawn has a little sister as Professor Rowan's assistant. Now there is the problem with Selene being from Kanto. But there is a time gap between gen IV and gen VII and the mother of Professor Rowan's assistant was never sawn as I remember. Maybe they went to Kanto for some time or they came from Kanto originally? Professor Rowan at the beginning of Diamond/Pearl/Platinum also mentions that he wasn't in Sinnoh for some time.
