>>48050060A few things i'd like to point out about this Pokédex.
Its essentially the Kanto dex but includes the Pokémon retconned into the Kanto region in generation two games.
Theres a surprising amount of balance with the addition of almost equal amounts of steal and dark types.
Donphan, Ursaring, and Quagsire can be found in the Kanto wilds but their pre evos cant, indicating they need to be bred for, aka meaning wooper, tediursa, and phanphy are in a way baby Pokémon, which explain their very baby-like designs.
Further to that, all the battles and matches against trainers in generation 2 in the Kanto region only feature Pokémon that are native to the region (retcons and evos included)
So theres a bit of kino to this idea.
