Replaying SwSh and reading this guy's dialogue again makes me really confused as to why vp barely talks about him? He's a textbook jerk rival in every way, and yet people still act like jerk rivals haven't existed since Gen 2. He's completely demeaning and arrogant, and I thought that's what was wanted out of a rival.
