Zoroark, though I didn't care about it in Gen 5. It got a distribution in ORAS with Sludge Bomb which I thought was cool, so I slot him into my team and I've liked him since. I dislike that it doesn't have a tail though.
After that is Greninja, Narutoad is cool.
