Tyrantrum is a good design, other then eye color it reminds of a gen 1 pokemon without it just being a gen 1 pokemon, it's nice.
Skates are neat and I wish you had them in more games then a bike, just something about skating feels better then a standard bike, but normal movement shouldn't have been grid based.

Mega's could have been handled better, maybe make it so Mega pokemon slowly get fatigued and need to rest because the power of it is to much, maybe you can turn mega's on and off anytime? Design wise very hit or miss, but I think stuff like beedrill is cool, banette is a good one along with mawile.

Ride pokemon are cool but also lame because you can't use them any time and they are very far from each other and if fleshed out would have been great.
Decent enough variety of pokemon to catch.
