If you'd have actually played GS, you'd know that Teddiursa and Phanpy are supposed to be very rare late game version exclusive Pokémon. Crystal giving you the chance to catch both of them literally as soon as you get your starter is a blessing. And if you're too much of a fucking autist to hunt for a few minutes, then you can wait till you get to Blackthorn to catch Phanpy, as it was intended. State of this fucking board.
