What's the point of pseudo legendaries?

Feels good to train. I'm a big dragon fag, I've even played with Deino as a starter once. It felt rewarding and climactic, as opposed to having a team of fully evolveds by gym 4. But I realize it's not for everyone.

we need more mons that don't evolve to post 50s-60s, most of the time when a pokemon is at that level it just becomes numbers, most don't even learn moves past it. Either gives us more moves, new forms, or lower the level cap
