The Applin line bugs me because the evos are a letdown and now we won't ever get a "worm in the apple"/"serpent in garden of Eden"/"weird apple or pie foodmon"/"3 stage non-pseuo Grass Dragon" ever again. It tries to be too many things and never lives up to the potential of any. Flapple is lazily designed and Appletun seems cool but has some design pieces that just bother me. I hate the GMax form.
Carnivine is alright. Could use some love. More unique shit. Weird it doesn't get that new Grass trapping move, for example, or a Bug version of Sap Sipper.
Bulu and Saur are just whatever. They're cool I guess.
