Most Gen 4 evos/pre-evos were trash let's be honest. I only like a tiny number of them such as Roserade and Porygon-Z. Shit like Gliscor and Yanmega and Budew and Lickylicky and Electivire look like shit and make their evolutionary line worse for existing in my opinion
