For simplicity's sake I made the path extend from the starter I picked the first time I played those games, Charmander and Treecko respectively, although Squirtle gets special mention for being the MVP in my most recent Yellow playthrough. In Y I chose Fennekin and kept an Everstone on it all the way to level 100, but if I ever play a Kalos game again I'm going Froakie. Picked Popplio in my Ultra Sun playthrough and immediately traded it in for a shiny Totodile I accidentally bred like three or four days before USM launched. Aside from that I'm 100% Rowlet gang. Didn't play SwSh, don't care to, but I suppose Grookey is the best of the three. Rillaboom sure as shit is the best of his three.

>>48098119If I pick up Legends I'm leaning towards Cyndaquil, if only because I really like Typhlosion's design but I have literally never used him in a playthrough because there's just no competing with Feraligatr. But I also really like Decidueye, so it's tough.
