Turtonator can fuck his shit with shell trap, any water type with ice beam and chance of freeze can cheese it.
He has so many ways to get fucked, you can get dragon claw if you look near the area, even the Fairy bug could probably put decent dent into it.
Just accept that Kommo-o is the worst of all the totems. Ultra Necrozma is actually way harder, struggle with Kommo-o is like struggling to fucking Toad man.
