>>48116911Someone pointed out a couple orre threads ago that basically what made these games work was they played more like a traditional jrpg than other pokemon games. I think it'd be really cool to take that idea a little further where your party consists of other characters and you equip their weapons/armor and direct their stat increases/gained abilities on level up - in this case manage their teams of pokemon. You could have 1-5 other party members in addition to your character and each companion has a specialty so you can build their teams with anything that fits be it a type specialty or something more creative like the cipher admins specializing in strategies. In battle you and however many party members are participating use one pokemon at a time - singles your on your own, doubles the 1st member of your party joins you, horde battles/getting ambushed by a group of trainers has all 6 of you battling, ect. Normal mode you're completely in charge, auto mode you tell your pokemon exactly what to do but your party's pokemon would be ai controlled either completely or with minor player input like if they should focus on offense or support. Would be fun to try once.
