Personally I would change its stats to look more like this

Its moveset aside from punching leans towards Special and support moves. This gives us a more balanced mon for this stage of the game. Ledian does not need 110 Special Defense for the early to mid game, it needs more balanced distribution.
Alternatively if you really want to make Iron Fist Ledian more of a thing, swap the Atk and Sp Atk stats and totally overhaul its moveset to be physical. Ledyba would now learn Bug Bite instead of the previously suggested Struggle Bug.
