It's hidden powerhouse in Gen 3, really.
Pretty good bulk with still respectable offenses on both sides, wide level-up movepool that is expanded ever further with TMs and Tutors, only two weaknesses that are extremely easy to avoid that can be easily made much more manageable thanks to Acid Armor or Amnesia (or both lol).
Swalot is fucking based, easily top 10 Hoenn Pokemon.
