I don't think any of these look like digimon, they just don't fit that style.
Maybe you guys mean in tone.
Also What makes a Pokemon a Pokemon anymore, the art style shift just feels odd looking back at it not enoygh consistency between old and new to blend it, it all feels like distinct era's of design philosophy, and I think that's what annoys me with a lot, it feels like things from gen 1 to 4 have been completely thrown away, to some extent 5, but 5 was the first real art style flip.
Not to say every "Nu gen pokemon is bad" I like a few and I like to base them on their own merits, but I can't shake the feeling of it all feeling a little inconsistent, Nu pokemon next to old pokemon look like they came from another franchise to some extent.
Just wish more pokemon had match up with art styles of older gens as well to make them feel less odd.
