But why? I would understand if they would just keep the original FR/LG map, but they made it from scratch so why not create a new region? Seems like just a little work for a huge payoff
Exploring Kanto for the 20th time unfortunately is not a lot of fun

Just because the overall world map does resemble Kanto and the areas you go through resemble Kanto's ones in similar locations does not mean the actual maps you traverse are "just Kanto again"
