>>48150583Not the drawfag here, just a regular contributor to each mon thus far. I do creative work myself in the form of unit, weapon, character and faction design for various games, largely just as a hobby for myself.
From that perspective, I feel ambivalent to these sorts of offers. On the one hand, it would be nice to take some of my creations and through them out there into the void. On the other hand, once they're in the project of a group of people I don't know and who don't know me, almost anything could happen. They could do stuff I don't like with my design, or they could make money and place copyrights on works that aren't right-fully theirs. I feel this naturally extends to drawfags, musicfags, voicefags (my sideline) and everyone else who makes stuff out their for the love of it.
Really, you have to investigate each project in detail, take the time to know its creators with personal correspondance, and make sure it's not just some pyramid scheme where loads of artists come together because "loads of artists are coming together", and then the shysters run off with the money maker and leave the actual creators with the empty bag. That's a bit of a down note, so here's a happy Bulbasaur and a reminder that we all love drawfags.
