I played X on release to completion and haven't replayed it since.
I've been interested in replaying X because of the fast gameplay, huge regional dex, and there's plenty of new mons I enjoy that I want to try out, but I don't find the setting, characters, story, or game progression to be interesting to play (the game seems unfinished to me whenever I look into it).
I bought Omega Ruby on release but dropped it around Mauville because I found it to be boring, bland, and ugly. It fees like a chore to replay whenever I try to pick it back up, however, I can replay RSE endlessly.
I haven't bought a Pokemon game since, however, I'm interested in BDSP because of nostalgia and I'll be playing with friends.
