Hisui Braviary is based on a Steller's Sea Eagle rather than a Bald Eagle. I showed it to someone who's an expert in birds and they immediately identified it, and Steller's Sea Eagle is native to northern coastal Asia, including the part of Japan that Hisui/Sinnoh is based on.
