At the end of the day, though, HGSS has so much great content crammed in there. The post-game is particularly noteworthy, and I give it major props for allowing the player to actually use Dark types other than Umbreon on their in-game team. But the real answer is to play a hack like Polished Crystal that adds in the extra content while keeping the Gen 2 aesthetics.
